Nikita Rudin is the co-founder and CEO of Flexion Robotics, a Zurich-based startup building the general-purpose intelligence stack ("brain") for humanoid robots. He earned a PhD in deep reinforcement learning for robotics at ETH Zurich's Robotic Systems Lab—where he created the widely used legged_gym and rsl_rl frameworks and trained the ANYmal quadruped via massively parallel RL—and previously worked as a research scientist at NVIDIA on Isaac Gym and Isaac Lab.
